The ability to create and manage the security of Dynamics 365
Dashboards can be the central point from where you drive your business within Microsoft Dynamics 365. A dashboard can show you your sales pipeline, the customer cases waiting to be resolved, the effectiveness of your marketing campaigns, progress towards key goals, outstanding customer correspondence and much much more.
Some of our clients run their weekly or monthly meetings directly from Dynamics 365 using dashboards.
Effective dashboards and reports enable you to see your results from across the company.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 has a range of dashboards - inbuilt dashboards, personal dashboards, system dashboards and interactive dashboards. These dashboards can display charts, lists of data, other websites and more
Some users can run most of their day from one or two dashboards, so avoiding much of the navigation of the system.
A general understanding of the functionality in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and some knowledge of the data structure of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE has a high velocity release cycle. There will be new functionality, and deprecated features, every 6 months. For those organisations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Online, the updates will come eventually - like it or not. Although you can defer an update for a while, sooner or later you will have to deploy it. This can make it difficult for the people responsible for the Dynamics 365 CE solution to manage it. If what's new, they need to know which features they should embrace, how they should embrace them, which they must turn off and how they should replace that functionality. Managing a Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation is not for the feint-hearted. This seminar will help you stay on top.
Since 1st October 2017, all new trials and deployments of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE have been running v9. Organisations who were using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online before 1st October 2017 will receive notification of their update several weeks before it will be deployed. For on-prem (and partner hosted) organisations, the opportunity to take advantage of these new features will be available probably by the end of 2018.
There is a lot of information about the new functionality, and deprecated features in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE v9 across the internet. The seminar saves your time by bringing it to you in one short half day.
This half day seminar provides you with an overview of the new features in v9, previously called the July 2017 release, highlights the new business functionality in this release and shows you some alternatives if you are using the deprecated features.
Customer Relationship Management solutions should give you a full view of how your clients interact with you, usually across your entire organisation, from first contact. This should include the marketing activity that often is responsible for first finding the prospect and also for much of the ongoing nurturing both before the initial sale and during the entire lifecycle of the customer.
Your buyers today are empowered and want to control their own discovery process. Attract top-of-funnel traffic through inbound and outbound email activity. Marketing automation attracts prospects to the top of your funnel and then maintains their interest with additional contact.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 includes some great marketing functionality in the core product, as part of the sales module, including:
Although many organisations want to go further than this, and use another marketing automation solution as well, it is valuable to understand what you already have before investing in further software, and possibly creating data silos.
