Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE has a high velocity release cycle. There will be new functionality, and deprecated features, every 6 months. For those organisations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Online, the updates will come eventually - like it or not. Although you can defer an update for a while, sooner or later you will have to deploy it. This can make it difficult for the people responsible for the Dynamics 365 CE solution to manage it.
