Microsoft Dynamics 365? " 'Is it a 'Trojan Horse' or an 'Arabian Steed' " with Testhouse

A Trojan Horse looks good - at first.  But once inside, it causes havoc.  (When the Greeks defeated Troy, they achieved it by gifting the Trojans a wooden horse.  Inside the wooden horse Greek soldiers were hidden.  These soldiers, once inside the city and past all the previously impenetrable defences, overcame Troy.)  Is this your CRM?  Instead, you would probably like to have a CRM that can be compared to an Arabian Steed - fast and elegant.  An Arabian Steed CRM helps your users to do their jobs and achieve their goals more quickly.

You can achieve your Arabian Steed CRM, by implementing a CRM which respects the business processes, and respects the time of the users.  User adoption is unlikely to happen when users find the system difficult to use, or if the implemented process requires that data is searched for in ways that the users find complex, or data has to be entered multiple times - amongst other reasons.
