Every business is different! At Opsis we truly understand this. We do not try to give you the implementation that worked for our last client, nor do we force you to be something that you are not. At Opsis we take the time to understand your business and then we deliver a solution comprising, software, hosting, consultancy and training which works with and for you. However, you do get the experience of our consultants who have worked in CRM projects of all sizes and in many industries. We deliver a solution which amplifies your sales, and marketing results while helping the people on the ground but still delivering the reporting that management want and regard as a measure of a successful project.
We commence each project with a requirements gathering, which gives you the chance to revise your business processes and to retune them to take advantage of the best practice that is built into the software. This approach is often associated more with the big budget larger organisations, but smaller organisations will also find that this approach delivers better return on investment and an overall more satisfactory result than a piecemeal install and then continuous change approach. This does not mean that we spend weeks analyses every nook and cranny of your business, nor does it mean that nothing can change after this initial scoping exercise. However, it does mean that you get the opportunity to review many aspects of your business and how it finds and serves your customers. This is particularly important in the 2009 economic climate. However, it does mean that when your users first start to use the new solution they have something that works with their familiar way of working and contains their data.
All Opsis consultants are experienced and certified in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Opsis has rescued some projects where the analysis has not been done and the client has rejected the original implementer. The reason for the rejection is always lack of experience in implementing line of business software applications and the lack of ability to bring together best practice with the functionality that is already in the standard program.
