Forms and Landing Pages
Once your prospect knows of your existence, from your website, other advertising or PR efforts or a referral, you want to capture some details about them so you can help them continue their journey.
A landing page is a webpage with a single function – to provide information to a prospect about a single product or offer or service and encourage them to share their details. A fantastic landing page is targeted to a particular stream of traffic and, since it's targeted, it has an interesting offer behind a lead capture form, you should convert a higher percentage of your site visitors into prospects which you can follow up
The forms and landing pages within ClickDimensions enable you to capture contact details and other relevant information from a prospect. The editors available to create and manage your forms and landing pages cater to both beginner users and technical coders, and can be simple, or sophisticated and will blend seamlessly with your website and brand. The Form Capture functionality allows you to use forms created outside of ClickDimensions but pass the data to ClickDimensions.
ClickDimensions includes surveys as a way of capturing further information from a prospect. The responses to surveys are held with the lead or contact whom responded inside your Dynamics 365.
Event Management
If part of your marketing strategy, either for information gathering and sharing or actual sales, includes running online or offline events, you are probably used to managing these events with a dedicated product. Then, you cope with the tedious process of keeping

Certainly, ClickDimensions does give you email marketing, and with a range of different template types. These templates range from extremely easy to use to those that are more sophisticated and provide massive functionality if you have a user with the technical skills to take advantage of them. The ClickDimensions personalisation goes far beyond "dear first name". The personalisation can include any of the data in your Dynamic 365. Another of the benefits of ClickDimensions over many of its competitors is that it has access to all the data already in your Dynamics 365 database, and can use this as part of the personalisation.
The email marketing within ClickDimensions also allows you to test and measure small variants in your email using split testing.
With ClickDimensions, you can also communicate with your prospects (and clients) via SMS. These SMS messages can be scheduled, include personalisation and many of the other features of emails - but they are delivered to the recipients mobile phone!
Campaign Automation takes automated communication to a whole new level. Campaign Automation allows you to design a series of communications – email and others – then once a prospect triggers the series, perhaps by filling in a form, clicking on a link in an email, attending an event, or getting added to a marketing list they receive the series of communications. You can benefit from the Campaign Automation of ClickDimensions when nurturing early-stage prospects, keeping in touch with event respondents, onboarding new customers and many more. Campaign Automation is 'Set and Forget' – once the campaign is designed, it just quietly does its stuff and you reap the prospects and new business!
Reporting and Analytics
Knowing which of your campaigns, and what aspects of your marketing effort is delivering the positive results, is essential for most CMOs and Marketing Managers now. Gone are the days when marketers could say "I know that 50% of my marketing is not working, I just do not know which half".
With its Web Intelligence, ClickDimensions shows you who visits which of your webpages and landing pages, when and for how long. It also shows you which of your links are generating the most clicks.
