Which Hat Should I Wear Now?
In a post How to Avoid Losing (lots of) Money on Your Dynamics 365 Projects, I mentioned briefly that I ask anyone on my projects to think about their work with three hats on:
- The client’s hat
- The futuristic hat of a team member who needs to make a change in a year or more
- Their own hat
I strongly believe that people who have the ability to switch hats at critical moments can significantly contribute to CRM success.
