We are currently living through very interesting times with the COVID-19 crisis, forcing large chunks of our workforce to work from home. But this crisis creates opportunities for your CRM project; opportunities that might not be possible during normal times, opportunities that will allow your CRM usage to emerge from COVID 19 crisis stronger than it went in.
I am Gill Walker, CRM Success Catalyst from Opsis, and I'd like to show you how you can turn this time into an opportunity to achieve some CRM success.
Training can be run virtually, almost as effectively as in-person. COVID-19 is a fantastic opportunity to extend your team's understanding of CRM so they can ensure that your CRM usage arises more robust than it was at the beginning of this year.
- Take this opportunity to extend your team's knowledge of the standard functionality of your CRM. This enables them to make helpful suggestions to extend CRM, for further benefits;
- Deliver training so your users can leverage CRM to communicate and share data (insights) while working from home. Dynamics 365 works very well with Microsoft Teams, and other technologies also work with Microsoft Teams or other video conferencing technologies;
- Help your executives use dashboards to visualise and understand what is happening in the business during the COVID-19 crisis. This saves huge amounts of time, previously spent circulating and managing the documents required to keep on top of your sales and opportunities
Take Winston Churchill's advice and use this COVID-19 crisis to create opportunities for you to strengthen your CRM.
